Montezuma is a small rural hamlet located in Cayuga County, NY — part of the beautiful Finger Lakes Region and along the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor. Town Clerk Office Special Hours Notice: 

• Donna Burleton, Tax Collector, will answer the phone in the Clerk’s office on April 22 and 23, 2024, while Marie Cronin and Candis Cook attend a conference in Albany;  
• On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the office will be CLOSED and will reopen on Thursday, April 25, 2024, Marie will be available then to handle any business that week.

Marriage, Birth, and Death Records: $10 each

Park and Town Hall Rental:   Public use of the Giardina Memorial Park Pavilion on Dock Street and the Town Hall including the use of the kitchen are available for nominal fees. To make arrangements to reserve and rent the pavilion or hall, please call the Town Clerk during office hours.  Regulations and fees are located HERE
